Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammet Karakas ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information through the AI Chat Widget and inbox assistant service ("the Service"), which real estate agencies ("Customers") use to talk with their website visitors and triage their inbox.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups of people:

• Customers — the real estate agencies who subscribe to and install the Service.
• Visitors — people who chat with the widget on a Customer's website, or whose emails a Customer forwards into the inbox assistant.

2. Information we collect

• Conversation content — the messages a Visitor types into the chat widget, and the AI's replies, for the duration of the session.
• Lead information — if a Visitor chooses to share it during the conversation: name, phone number, and/or email address, along with what the AI inferred about their intent (e.g. buyer, seller, renter, budget, neighborhood).
• Inbox content — for Customers using the inbox assistant, the content of inbound emails routed to it, used to draft and classify replies.
• Technical information — IP address (used only for spam/abuse rate-limiting), browser type, and timestamps.
• Customer account information — the agency name and notification email address a Customer provides when they sign up.

We do not require Visitors to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect more than what is volunteered in the chat or forwarded into the inbox assistant.

3. How we use this information

• To generate the AI's replies during a chat session or draft a reply to an inbound email.
• To deliver captured leads (name/phone/email + conversation summary) to the Customer whose website the Visitor was chatting on — this is the core function of the Service.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including spam and abuse prevention.
• To communicate with Customers about their subscription.

We do not sell Visitor or Customer data, and we do not use chat or email content to train third-party AI models beyond what our AI provider's standard API terms allow (see Section 4).

4. Third-party service providers

We use the following providers to operate the Service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the Service, under their own privacy policies:

• Google Gemini API — generates the AI's chat replies and inbox reply drafts from the conversation/email text.
• Resend — delivers captured lead information by email to the Customer.
• Cloudflare — hosts the backend (Workers) and, where enabled, stores a backup copy of captured leads (Workers KV) so a Customer can review them later even if an email is missed.

5. Data retention

Conversation sessions are kept in the Visitor's own browser (local storage) so the chat persists across a page refresh, and are cleared when the Visitor clears their browser data. Captured leads stored via Cloudflare KV are retained until the Customer or Visitor requests deletion, or until 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.

6. Cookies and local storage

The widget uses browser local storage (not tracking cookies) solely to remember an in-progress conversation across page reloads. We do not use this to track Visitors across different websites. The Lead Panel (admin dashboard) similarly stores a Customer's Worker URL, Tenant ID, and Admin Key in that Customer's own browser local storage, so they don't need to re-enter them each visit — this data stays on the Customer's device and is not transmitted to us.

7. Your rights

Visitors and Customers can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at mamikaramk08@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we will honor applicable requests.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults engaging with real estate agencies and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
